Audrey Cortez-Plocher is originally from San Antonio, Texas, and has lived in Minnesota since 2011. She previously worked at the law firm Fish & Richardson before transitioning into her current role. Now based in Maplewood, she enjoys connecting with others and bringing a positive, approachable attitude to her work.
In her free time, Audrey enjoys video games, anime, baking, and exploring new restaurants and food trucks, with a special love for Asian and Hispanic cuisine. Outside of work, she can often be found exploring fun places to hang, learning a new craft, or spending time with her husband, son, and pets.
A fun fact: her family owns a few locally famous Tex-Mex restaurants located in the historic Farmers Market Plaza in downtown San Antonio, Texas, which helped spark her early passion for food and business.
